KSAOs
Abbreviation for knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics: attributes of an employee or job applicant that are assessed for such purposes as personnel selection, performance appraisal, and career development. In larger organizations, the KSAOs required for a particular job will be identified by a formal process of job analysis and itemized in a personnel specification
